We are writing to thank you and your staff for helping to make Saturday a truly wonderful event. Samantha was tremendous - she was highly professional at all times, very thorough and responsive. She was also flexible to address our specific needs. We live in Vancouver, Canada and hence the majoriy of the detailed arrangements were conducted via email - throughout the whole process we had supreme confidence in Samantha. During the lead up to the wedding and the day itself we were struck by the uniform politeness, professionalism and flexibility of everyone we encountered within the Hotel Russell - from those setting up the rooms through to the many individuals who helped to serve during the day. This consistency of service is, in our experience, rare within such a large hotel - so many congratulations and thanks to all of your staff. We also acknowledge the many unseen staff who will have contributed - a special mention must be made of the evening food which was stunning - it was exceptionally well presented, tasty and hot, and many of our guests commented on the quality of the food. The Hotel Russell was the perfect setting for both the afternoon and evening receptions and, combined with the human touch, we will happily recommend the Hotel Russell.
